ESPN analyst thinks Jalen Hurts is having best season of any QB in Alabama history
True freshman quarterback Jalen Hurts is having an iconic season for No. 1 Alabama.
Since taking over midway through the season opener, the Texas native has been sensational — throwing 16 touchdowns on a completion rate of 64.2-percent. Hurts has also rushed for 735 yards and 11 touchdowns.
His ability to be used in the run game has diversified Alabama’s offense considerably. Never in Nick Saban’s coaching career has he had a signal-caller such a prolific running ability.
