ESPN and the SEC have announced the full 2024 football schedule, a new benefit to the new conference rights agreement between the two parties beginning this fall.
With the relationship between the SEC and CBS coming to a close, every SEC-controlled game beginning in Week 4 (Sept. 21) will have set television windows to be broadcast on ABC and ESPN platforms. Certain games will have a “flex” tag between afternoon and night windows.
The window designations for Weeks 4-14 of the schedule will fall into 1 of 4 groups. (Weeks 1-3 were previously announced.) The exact start times for each game will be confirmed no later than 6 days from kickoff, and fans can watch “SEC Now: Inside the 2024 Schedule” at 2 pm ET on the SEC Network for a full breakdown.
Here are the window designations with the time range that kickoffs will fall under:
- Early: 12 to 1 p.m. ET start
- Afternoon: 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. ET start
- Night: 6 to 8 p.m. ET start
- Flex: Games flexed between the Afternoon and Night windows

Rivalry Weekend received a heavy dose of flexing throughout. Tennessee at Vanderbilt receive the early time slot while Arkansas at Missouri will kick in the afternoon.
Auburn vs. Alabama, Louisville vs. Kentucky, Oklahoma vs. LSU and Texas vs. Texas A&M have all been flexed on Saturday, Nov. 30 to go with a pair of Black Friday games.
