ESPN experts update bowl projections following Week 9 action

We only have one more month of games remaining in the 2019 season, and that means the bowl picture is getting much clearer.

Following Week 9’s action, ESPN experts Kyle Bonagura and Mark Schlabach updated their bowl projections, which included 9 SEC teams.

As you can see below, they both have Alabama and LSU making the College Football Playoff. Here’s where the other teams are projected to play:

Alabama

  • Bonagura: Fiesta Bowl (CFP) vs. Clemson
  • Schlabach: Peach Bowl (CFP) vs. LSU

Auburn

  • Bonagura: Outback Bowl vs. Michigan
  • Schlabach: Citrus Bowl vs. Wisconsin

Florida

  • Bonagura: Citrus Bowl vs. Wisconsin
  • Schlabach: Sugar Bowl vs. Oklahoma

Georgia

  • Bonagura: Sugar Bowl vs. Oklahoma
  • Schlabach: Orange Bowl vs. Wake Forest

Kentucky

  • Bonagura: Music City Bowl vs. Louisville
  • Schlabach: Belk Bowl vs. Virginia Tech

LSU

  • Bonagura: Peach Bowl (CFP) vs. Ohio State
  • Schlabach: Peach Bowl (CFP) vs. Alabama

Mississippi State

  • Bonagura: Belk Bowl vs. Virginia Tech
  • Schlabach: Music City Bowl vs. Virginia

Tennessee

  • Bonagura: Gator Bowl vs. Indiana
  • Schlabach: Gator Bowl vs. Iowa

Texas A&M

  • Bonagura: Texas Bowl vs. Iowa State
  • Schlabach: Outback Bowl vs. Minnesota
