ESPN experts update bowl projections heading into championship weekend

It’s almost time for bowl games to start, so even though some teams still have games left this weekend, there are bowl games choosing participants.
No SEC teams have officially accepted bowl bids yet, but that doesn’t mean a dozen teams from the conference won’t be playing this postseason.
ESPN’s Kyle Bonagura and Mark Schlabach updated their bowl projections this week, and they expect 12 SEC squads to play this postseason. As you can see below, they have Alabama going to the College Football Playoff and every team except LSU and Vanderbilt going to a bowl:
Alabama
- Bonagura: Sugar Bowl (CFP) vs. Notre Dame
- Schlabach: Sugar Bowl (CFP) vs. Notre Dame
Arkansas
- Bonagura: Texas Bowl vs. Texas
- Schlabach: Texas Bowl vs. Oklahoma State
Auburn
- Bonagura: Citrus Bowl vs. Northwestern
- Schlabach: Citrus Bowl vs. Northwestern
Florida
- Bonagura: Cotton Bowl vs. Iowa State
- Schlabach: Cotton Bowl vs. Oklahoma
Georgia
- Bonagura: Peach Bowl vs. Cincinnati
- Schlabach: Peach Bowl vs. Cincinnati
Kentucky
- Bonagura: Outback Bowl vs. Iowa
- Schlabach: Music City Bowl vs. Minnesota
Mississippi State
- Bonagura: Birmingham Bowl vs. Memphis
- Schlabach: Armed Forces Bowl vs. Washington
Mizzou
- Bonagura: Armed Forces Bowl vs. Colorado

Ole Miss
