ESPN experts update College Football Playoff picks following Week 8

The 2019 season has been full of twists and turns, and there were a couple more big twists on Saturday, with Alabama losing QB Tua Tagovailoa to injury and No. 6 Wisconsin losing at Illinois.

However, there are still some great teams out there, and after Week 8 action, ESPN’s 14 college football experts voted on who they thought should be in the College Football Playoff field.

As you can see below, nine of the 14 experts still have both Alabama and LSU making the four-team field (if the season ended today):

Week 9 features some more important matchups, so we’ll see which teams can avoid major upsets moving forward.
