How did ESPN let this Lee Corso sign on College GameDay?

The New York City fans brought their best to College GameDay on Saturday morning, but not every sign was a good one.

In fact, one went too far, stating “Corso has CTE,” about analyst Lee Corso, who suffered a stroke a few years ago.

The sign can be seen over Kirk Herbstreit’s left shoulder, and it made appearances throughout the picks segment of the show:

Fans were not happy with the sign making it on the air, sounding off about it on Twitter:

Here’s hoping ESPN cracks down on GameDay signs a little more in the future so this doesn’t happen again.
