The 2019 NBA Draft Lottery was held on Tuesday night, and boy, were there some fireworks. First of all, the New York Knicks didn’t land the No. 1 overall pick.
Secondly, the New Orleans Pelicans and Memphis Grizzlies moved up to land the first and second picks, respectively.
After Tuesday night’s surprises, ESPN updated its top-five mock draft. As you can see below, Vanderbilt PG Darius Garland is expected to go No. 4 overall to the Los Angeles Lakers:

Should the Lakers pass on Garland, the Chicago Bulls could end up taking him at No. 7 overall. Either way, he’d be landing in an interesting situation.
Where will he end up? We’ll find out on June 20 when the draft takes place in Brooklyn.
