Missouri rolled in its first game against Central Arkansas. While Mizzou quarterback Sam Horn went down with a devastating leg injury early in the game, it didn’t stop Mizzou one bit. Penn State transfer quarterback Beau Pribula stepped in and excelled. He completed 23 of 28 passing attempts for 283 yards and 2 touchdowns. Mizzou’s run game also looked great, as running back Ahmad Hardy rushed for 100 yards and 1 touchdown on only 10 carries. Pribula also got in on the run game, adding 65 yards and 2 touchdowns on his 10 rushing attempts.

Kansas has already played 2 games this season and has won both in dominating fashion. Kansas beat Fresno State 31-7 and followed that up with a victory against Wagner 46-7. In both games, Kansas quarterback Jalon Daniels has looked great. Against Fresno State, Daniels completed 18 of his 20 passes for a 90% completion rate and 176 yards and 3 touchdowns. He followed that performance up with 280 yards and 4 touchdowns against Wagner.

Which school will win the Border War and claim victory over the other? ESPN Analytics gives the edge to Missouri, but is not counting out Kansas, giving them a 36% chance to pull off the upset and win the Border War.
