Ahead of an SEC West matchup between Texas A&M and Mississippi State, ESPN’s FPI gave its prediction for the game.

Mississippi State will be on the road to take on the Aggies, and the Bulldogs are gunning for a big win to try and reach bowl eligibility before the end of the season. Mississippi State is coming off of a 24-3 loss to Kentucky and looking to bounce back.

Texas A&M would reach bowl eligibility with a win over Mississippi State, and the Aggies are looking for a dominant game after a narrow loss to Ole Miss last week. The Aggies were a blocked field goal away from taking the Rebels into overtime.

ESPN’s Football Power Index (FPI) favors Texas A&M heavily in this matchup, giving the Aggies an 86.2% chance to win. With homefield advantage plus the addition of being fired up after a narrow loss, Texas A&M should have no trouble against the Bulldogs.

Saturday’s game kicks off at 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN 2.
