Revenge could be on the horizon in the Bluegrass when Lane Kiffin and the Ole Miss Rebels arrive for their clash with Mark Stoops and the Kentucky Wildcats to kick off the SEC schedule.

After suffering a shocking defeat in Oxford last season, the Rebels are hungry for revenge in what should be another heated matchup that could come down to the wire for the fifth consecutive year.

In this week’s ESPN SP+ predictions, Ole Miss is favored to reclaim victory at Kroger Field, projected to win 32-16 against Kentucky.

The Wildcats enter this contest with a 1-0 record following a hard-fought 24-16 win over Toledo. Meanwhile, the Rebels arrive riding high after an impressive 63-7 victory over Georgia State at the Vaught in week 1.

Historically, Ole Miss holds a commanding lead in the all-time series against Kentucky, boasting a record of 30 wins, 15 loses and 1 tie. In this century alone, the Rebels have outperformed Kentucky with a record of 7-3.

Ole Miss is a 10-point road favorite in Lexington this weekend, according to the latest college football betting lines.
