Georgia leads the all-time series 54-44-2 against Florida. Florida’s last victory vs. Georgia was a 44-28 win in 2020, that also counts as the Bulldogs’ last regular season loss. On the path to back-to-back national titles, Georgia hasn’t been defeated since falling to Alabama in the 2021 SEC title game.
However, Kirby Smart isn’t obsessing over the long winning streak. Instead, he’s more focused on the small details being sharpened.
“Don’t think about it a lot. What consumes me is how we’re going to gain a yard or how we’re going to do in this situation. What we’re going to do at practice,” Smart said. “I can’t speak for every kid on the team. But the focus is not on the wins and losses of the games.”
Georgia vs. Florida is slated for a 3:30 p.m. EST kickoff (CBS).
