ESPN’s Week 6 SP+ picks are in, and they have a projected score for No. 12 Georgia versus Kentucky.

Kentucky is on the road this week and will be looking for its first SEC win of the season. UK is 0-2 in SEC play, dropping games to Ole Miss and South Carolina. This game starts a brutal stretch for the Wildcats, who will play Georgia this week, Texas the week after, and then Tennessee the week after that.

Picking up a win against Georgia would be a great start to this stretch and maybe the type of win that can turn around Kentucky’s season.

Georgia is coming off a loss to Alabama at home, ending its 33-game home winning streak. The Bulldogs will be looking to start a new winning streak this Saturday with a win over Kentucky. Georgia had major success running the ball against Alabama; however, quarterback Gunner Stockton couldn’t seem to find the passing game, as he only threw for 130 yards.

The Georgia secondary also had some trouble against Alabama, but Kentucky hasn’t shown an ability to consistently push the ball down the field.

ESPN’s SP+ predicts the final outcome of the game to be 35-17 in favor of the Georgia Bulldogs. BetMGM is currently giving the Wildcats 20.5 points against Georgia.
