A fan at the Nebraska-Wisconsin game Saturday night was asked by guest services to remove the noose from his President Barack Obama mask.
A tweet captured the fan earlier in the night.
At the @UWBadgers game and there is a man with a mask of President Obama and a noose. This is racism, why was this allowed into the stadium? pic.twitter.com/zKEqhdDYny

The UW-Madison Police Department was alerted about the fan, and the department said the fan complied with guest services’ request to remove the noose.
While we don't support their message, this is a form of free speech.

Again, we don't support the message that they're trying to convey. Guest Services asked them to remove the noose and they did.
