Update: Florida suspended QB Treon Harris for a reported legal matter.
In somewhat surprising events, the University of Florida announced earlier this morning that media availability to head coach Will Muschamp and other players has been postponed and will be re-scheduled later this week.
On the surface, it could be just a simple scheduling conflict or perhaps just an avoidence to address a controversial quarterback situation. However, according to Mark Long of the Associated Press, something could be brewing in Gainesville.

Other beat writers seemed confused by the media availability cancellation since this is something that rarely ever happens.
Something big about to happen at UF. Regular presser canceled. — Pat Dooley (@pat_dooley) October 6, 2014
In 20-plus years #Gators beat, this is first Monday press conference called off. Used to be Tuesdays. Even had one on 9-11. Not good.
