The Florida Gators were supposed to play North Florida on Wednesday night in a nonconference game.

However, as Keyontae Johnson — Florida’s star forward — remains in critical, but stable, condition at a Gainesville hospital, the Gators’ minds are with their teammate.

So, it should come as no surprise that the Gators have decided to cancel the game against North Florida, according to reports:

Florida is currently 3-1. The Gators are supposed to host Florida Atlantic on Saturday, but we’ll see if that game takes place or not.

All thoughts are currently with Johnson as he goes through his serious medical condition. Hopefully there’s more good news to share as the week goes on.
