Florida and South Carolina are trading touchdowns back and forth early in Saturday’s contest.

After South Carolina took a 14-10 lead, Florida quickly got it back. The Gators opened the second quarter with a field goal, and after getting a stop on defense, they took the lead.

Graham Mertz led Florida down the field and then connected with Kahleil Jackson in the back of the endzone on a beautiful pass. Florida then opted to go for 2, and tight end Hayden Hansen threw a perfect pass to give the Gators a 21-14 lead.

But with the game being a shootout so far, South Carolina quickly answered back on the next drive on a 20-yard touchdown pass from Spencer Rattler. The game is currently tied with less than 5 minutes to go in the first half.
