Florida flips 4-star OT out of Georgia, former Auburn pledge

Florida just keeps winning on the recruiting trail.
Billy Napier and Co. have flipped yet another commit to the Gators, this time by way of former Auburn pledge Tavaris Dice. The four-star OT out of Fairburn, Georgia committed to the Tigers in March of this year, but also held offers from Tennessee, Georgia, Miami, Arkansas and LSU, to name just a few.
Dice is listed as 6-5, 315 pounds and hails from Langston Hughes HS, protecting for former 5-star Ohio State QB Air Noland.

With this addition, Dice is now the 4th highest-rated commit in Florida’s 2025 class, behind only WR Vernell Brown, CB Ben Hanks and Edge Jayden Woods.
Dice is considered to be the No. 159 overall prospect in the country, as well as the No. 18 OT and No. 22 out of the state of Georgia.
Florida has picked up an incredible 10 commitments this month. Just this week alone the Gators have flipped Woods (mentioned above), RB Byron Lewis from Florida State and 4-star LB Ty Jackson from USC.
Florida’s 2025 class is currently ranked as the No. 15 class in the country per 247Sports.
