Florida, Georgia issue joint statement after anti-Semitic message appears on exterior of TIAA Bank Field

Florida and Georgia have issued a statement after an anti-Semitic message appeared on the exterior of TIAA Bank Field toward the end of Saturday’s rivalry game.
The message, which was not affiliated with the stadium in any way, appeared toward the end of Georgia’s win over Florida, referencing Ye’s recent anti-Semitic remarks.
On Sunday, the Gators and Bulldogs issued a joint statement denouncing the hate speech:

“We strongly condemn the anti-Semitic hate speech projected outside TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville after the Florida-Georgia football game Saturday night and other anti-Semitic messages that have appeared in Jacksonville,” the statement reads. “The University of Florida and the University of Georgia together denounce these and all acts of anti-Semitism and other forms of hatred and intolerance. We are proud to be home to strong and thriving Jewish communities at UGA and UF, and we stand together against hate.”
There has been no word on who might be responsible for projecting the message on the stadium.
