Florida loses 4-star DT commit to Penn State

The hits keep on coming for the Gators.

One day after Florida fell 31-13 to arch-rival FSU in Tallahassee, four-star DT Fred Hansard flipped his commitment to Penn State.

The 6-foot-3, 310-pound Princeton, N.J. product originally pledged to the Gators on Aug. 26, but made two visits to Penn State after his commitment. Hansard visited took an unofficial visit to PSU on Nov. 5 and switched his commitment on an official visit to State College this weekend.

UF is now down to 14 commits for a 2017 class that is rated No. 18 nationally and No. 8 in the SEC by 247Sports Composite.
