The Florida Gators managed to flip star QB Emory Jones from Ohio State to headline their 2018 recruiting class, and now they have a quarterback for their 2019 class as well.

On Saturday, 3-star dual-threat QB Jalon Jones out of Maryland committed to the Gators, pledging his allegiance to coach Dan Mullen’s squad.

As you can see below, the talented prospect announced his decision via Twitter on Saturday afternoon:

According to the 247Sports composite, Jones is the No. 10 dual-threat quarterback in the class of 2019 and the No. 9 overall recruit from the state of Maryland.

Alabama, Ole Miss, Mississippi State and others had offered Jones, but Mullen landed him. Can he work his magic on another 3-star quarterback?
