Florida stays hot on recruiting trail, lands 7th commitment this week in South Florida DE

Florida is the SEC’s hottest team on the recruiting trail right now.
Earlier this evening, the Gators landed 5-star QB Matt Corral, and tonight, Florida landed its seventh commitment this week in 2019 DE Cameron Williams.
Williams isn’t yet ranked by 247Sports Composite Rankings, but the Hollywood, Florida, prospect soon will be. He’s listed at 6-foot-5, 215 pounds; that’s a long frame that can certainly add weight. On the heels of Williams’ commitment, Florida’s 2019 recruiting class is ranked No. 1 in the country.
Florida is coming off of its biggest recruiting night of the year, Friday Night Lights, that saw a host of elite talent make their way to Gainesville.
