With just one day left in the 2018 regular season, the attention in college football will soon shift completely to recruiting. Three-star wide receiver TJ Jones out of Lake City, Fla. gave us a head start on Friday.
Jones released his top eight schools in a Twitter post Friday evening. Included in his top eight were Ole Miss, Florida and Tennessee.

“First, I would like to thank God for allowing me to have the athletic ability that he has blessed me with,” Jones wrote in his post. “Thanks to all the schools that have recruited me thus far and decided to give me Zooooo boy an opportunity to come in and receive a great education also to pursue my football career at a high division 1 level.”
Of course, Jones included at the end of his post his top eight schools are “subject to change.”
According to 247Sports, Jones’ last visit was to Miami, and that was an unofficial visit. Jones is the No. 50 wide receiver in the 2019 class based on the 247Sports player rankings.
