Former Alabama CB Marlon Humphrey shows off insane rock-pile workout

With NFL training facilities still closed amid the COVID-19 pandemic, many athletes have had to get creative with their workouts.
On Monday, former Alabama CB Marlon Humphrey showed off a crazy workout he did at what appears to be a local rock quarry.
As you can see in the video below, Humphrey and the 2 guys he was working out with take turns sprinting up a huge pile of loose gravel:

So, how long were Humphrey and his crew out there? Not long, according to a reply to a tweet sent by Eric Weddle. Humphrey said 2 reps was about all they could handle:
