One ex-Alabama defender has found a new team in the NFL.
It was announced that DL Ed Stinson signed with the New York Jets on Wednesday morning. Stinson is in his fourth season in the NFL after being drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the fifth round of the 2014 NFL Draft.
He appeared in 29 games with five starts with the Cardinals. Stinson has recorded 22 tackles with a sack and a pass defended in three seasons with the Cardinals.

Stinson played for Alabama from 2010-2013. He finished his career with 104 tackles, 15.5 TFL, 5.5 sacks, and three fumble recoveries.
Stinson was a part of two national championship teams in 2011 and 2012.
