Ed Stinson is looking for his next NFL opportunity.

Stinson, a former Alabama defensive tackle, was waived by the Arizona Cardinals. He had been placed on injured reserved Sept. 4 due to a lingering hamstring injury. The hamstring ailment dates back to Arizona’s third training camp practice in July and went on to miss all five preseason games.

It was the latest in a long list of injuries for Stinson since the Cardinals selected him in the fifth round of the 2014 draft.

In his 48 games with the team the past three seasons, Stinson has missed 19 due to injury and appeared in just four games last season.

He totaled 26 tackles and one sack in his time with Arizona.
