Former Alabama OL Dallas Warmack has a new college football home.

Late Saturday night, Warmack announced his intention to transfer to the University of Oregon.

Nearly three weeks ago, reports surfaced that Warmack was transferring from Alabama. He didn’t see any action in 2017 and played in just nine games in 2016.

Oregon’s head coach Mario Cristobal was the Tide’s OL coach when Warmack signed with Alabama, and that relationship had to have had an impact on Warmack’s decision.

Coming out of high school, Warmack was a 4-star prospect and the No. 10 guard in the class of 2015, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Warmack announced his decision via Twitter:

Warmack also shared a photo with Oregon head coach, former Alabama assistant, Mario Cristobal.
