Former Alabama running back Josh Jacobs has put together quite the NFL career during his time as an NFL running back for the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders and now the Green Bay Packers.
During his time playing for the Raiders, he rushed for over 1,000 yards 3 times. In 2022, he led the NFL with 1,653 rushing yards. He has also been a solid target catching the ball, as he had 208 catches in his career entering Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans.
However, he was missing one thing from his NFL resume, and that was a receiving touchdown. On Sunday during 3rd quarter against the Texans, Jacobs caught that elusive touchdown pass to giving him his first touchdown catch on the 212th catch of his career.
Josh Jacobs has finally caught a receiving touchdown in his career. Had the record with 211 career catches and no touchdowns. His 212th career reception was a touchdown.

After ending his career as a Raider, Jacobs signed on with the Packers after Green Bay decided to let Aaron Jones walk. Jacobs has been solid for the Packers thus far, as he entered Sunday with 464 yards, which was fifth in the league. His biggest game was early in the season against the Indianapolis Colts, as he rushed the ball 32 times for 151 yards.
