Amari Cooper could be a player missing from the Cleveland Browns’ (1-0) lineup on Monday Night Football at the Pittsburgh Steelers (0-1).

The former Alabama Crimson Tide wide receiver aggravated a groin injury in Saturday’s practice and is listed as questionable and unlikely to play, according to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter.

Last week in the Browns’ huge home 24-3 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, Cooper caught 3 receptions for 37 yards. He was only behind former Ole Miss Rebels wide receiver Elijah Moore in receiving yards accounted for with 43 as quarterback Deshaun Watson struggled against the Bengals’ defense.

The Browns missing one of their star receivers in Cooper would be critical in an AFC North divisional title. Last week the Steelers were dominated at home by the San Francisco 49ers 30-7. The Steelers allowed 220 passing yards on 19 completions for an average of 11.6 yards per completion.

In his first season with Cleveland last year, Cooper caught 78 receptions for 1,160 yards and nine touchdowns in 17 games. Cooper spent 3 and a half years with the Dallas Cowboys after spending his first 3 seasons with the Raiders.

In his 3 seasons at Alabama, Cooper caught 228 receptions for 3,463 yards and 31 touchdowns. Cooper was drafted with the 4th overall pick by the Raiders in the 2015 NFL Draft.
