Former Alabama wide receiver Jaylen Waddle has had another solid season for the Dolphins, as he has 54 catches for 700 yards on the season. However, he has had to battle some injuries throughout the year, and it is a knee injury that will be keeping him from the Dolphins pivotal Week 17 matchup against the Cleveland Browns.

Waddle had a big game against the New York Jets with 9 catches for 99 yards, but he suffered an injury against the Texans 2 weeks ago that looks like will force him to miss the game.

Wide receiver depth is becoming an issue for the Dolphins, as superstar Tyreek Hill is questionable as well with a wrist injury. It isn’t just the receiver position being decimated by injuries, as quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will also miss the game. Tyler Huntley will get the start.

At 7-8, the Dolphins still have an outside chance at making the playoffs, but they aren’t in control of their own destiny. They need to win their final 2 games, while having the Colts lose 1 of their final 2 games while also needing the Chiefs to beat the Broncos in Week 18.
