Arkansas quarterback Dalton Hyatt is leaving the Division I ranks of college football after 3 seasons at Arkansas, and heading to play for West Alabama.
West Alabama head coach Brett Gilliland tweeted out the announcement on Monday night.

Hyatt was a 3-star prospect in the 2017 class out of Attalia, Alabama. After redshirting his freshman season, he played in very limited action in 2018, and did not see the field in a 2019 season that saw head coach Chad Morris fired after a 2-10 finish.
With 2 years of eligibility remaining, Hyatt will take his talents to the Gulf South Conference in his home state, as Arkansas rebuilds with new head coach Sam Pittman.
