After his only carry of the game on Sunday , Jacksonville Jaguars running back Corey Grant was carted off the field.

Grant, a former Auburn back, exited the Jaguars’ game against the Kansas City Chiefs during the second quarter with a foot injury. Grant needed help getting off the field and went to the locker room for further evaluation. He was ruled out for the rest of the game.

Grant was injured on an 8-yard run.

The Jaguars are also without starting running back Leonard Fournette, a former LSU standout, who is inactive due to injury. That leaves T.J. Yeldon and Brandon Wilds at running back for Jacksonville.

Grant is in his fourth season in the NFL, all with the Jaguars. After the carry he was injured on, he has 40 yards on 13 carries this year. He has 454 rushing yards over four seasons.

The Jaguars are likely hoping that Grant isn’t out for numerous weeks with Fournette already out, as a serious injury would hurt their depth at running back even more.
