It’s been known for some time that cornerback Juwuan Briscoe would not be returning to the Georgia program next season, but it remained unknown where he would be transferring.
On Saturday, that final question was answered. In a post on Twitter, Briscoe revealed his next destination, saying that he would be committing to Rutgers and playing in the Big Ten.

As a sophomore, Briscoe started the first four games of the season for the Bulldogs in 2016. He lost his starting role to Deandre Baker prior to Georgia’s matchup against Tennessee, however. He finished the year with 16 tackles and two interceptions.
