It didn’t take long for Pat Allen to find a new place to play college football.
After only starting one game as a Bulldog, the 2017 season opener against Appalachian State, Allen was replaced in the starting lineup and never managed to regain the spot. The former four-star recruit never fully realized his potential in Athens and announced his decision to leave the Georgia program in late April. Now we know where he will be headed.
Allen declared his intentions to transfer to the University of Southeastern Louisiana Tuesday morning. He made his declaration on Twitter but his account is currently set to private. Here is the note he posted to Twitter, courtesy of Anthony Dasher of Georgia’s Rival affiliate:
