Former Georgia OL joins Kirby Smart’s staff as GA

Former Georgia OL Warren Ericson is back in Athens.
Ericson took to social media on Tuesday to announce that he has joined Kirby Smart’s coaching staff as a graduate assistant. He will work with UGA offensive linemen.

Ericson returns to his alma mater after spending the past six months at Wofford. He was an offensive quality control assistant who worked with Terrier offensive linemen.

Ericson played for Georgia from 2018-to-2022, helping the program win three championships. He played in 12 of 15 games in the 2022 season, helping the Dawgs win the SEC championship and repeat as College Football Playoff national champions. Ericson played in all 15 games of the 2021 national championship campaign, making 14 starts, seeing action at right guard and center.
