Former Georgia QB Matthew Stafford moving past Pro Bowl snub

At first glance, the NFC Pro Bowl quarterback selections of Atlanta’s Matt Ryan, Green Bay’s Aaron Rodgers and Dallas’s Dak Prescott don’t seem too bad.
However, when you look at what the Detroit Lions have done under former Georgia QB Matthew Stafford, it’s clear he was snubbed from the roster.
According to Pro Football Talk, though, the ex-Bulldog hasn’t lost too much sleep over the snub:
“I don’t know,” Stafford said. “And I don’t care.”
Stafford still has a decent chance of going to the Pro Bowl in Orlando, though. If one of the other three quarterbacks gets hurt or makes it to the Super Bowl, Stafford will likely be the first quarterback on the replacement list.
This season, Stafford has thrown for 3,720 yards, 22 touchdowns and eight interceptions. The Lions square off against Prescott and the Cowboys on Monday night.
