Former Georgia WR Chris Conley will be on the search for a new NFL team moving forward.
On Tuesday, it was announced by the Houston Texans that they’d released the former Bulldog from their practice squad.
Conley was a third-round pick out of Georgia in the 2015 NFL Draft, going to the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Chiefs until 2018. Then, he spent the 2019 and 2020 seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars before joining the Texans in 2021.
In his career, he has 213 catches for 2,807 yards and 15 touchdowns. Where he ends up next remains to be seen, but it appears his time in Houston has come to an end.
