Former LB Devin White announces his beloved horse, Daisy Mae, has passed away

A lot has been made of the love former LSU LB Devin White has for horses. Now with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he still spends a lot of time with his animals.
Sadly, White revealed on Sunday afternoon that one of his favorite horses, “Daisy Mae,” had passed away this weekend.
As you can see below, White posted about the death on Facebook, saying she fought hard, but was overheated and dehydrated:
White was the No. 5 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, going to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Now, as he prepares for his rookie season, he’ll enter training camp with a heavy heart.
