Former LSU QB Justin McMillan says Tigers are ‘still family’ after leading Tulane to bowl win

LSU and Tulane have a long history as in-state rivals even if the “Battle for the Rag” game stopped being an annual meeting in the 21st century. Former Tigers QB Justin McMillan transferred to Tulane and he still considers the Bayou Bengals to be “family.”

McMillian shared the friendly shoutout to LSU in his postgame interview (below) after leading the Green Wave to a 41-24 Cure Bowl victory over Louisiana-Lafayette. McMillan logged 145 yards and a touchdown passing while adding 72 yards and a score on the ground.
