Former Mizzou pitcher Max Scherzer has hilarious reaction when umps check him for sticky substance

Washington Nationals pitcher Max Scherzer, who pitched collegiately at Mizzou, is one of the best pitchers in Major League Baseball.
Starting recently, umpires have been instructed to crack down on pitchers using foreign “sticky” substances on their fingers to improve spin rate on their pitches.
On Tuesday night, Philadelphia Phillies manager Joe Girardi twice asked umpires to check Scherzer. The second time, Scherzer had this hilarious reaction:

Fortunately, the umpires stopped Scherzer before he could disrobe any further, but the message is clear — Scherzer doesn’t like these new rules.
Many pitchers have complained, but it seems MLB is series about cracking down on these foreign substances.
