Beau Pribula has committed to play for the Virginia Cavaliers in the 2026 college football season.
The former Missouri Tiger quarterback has now joined his third team in just four years of college football. Pribula was ranked as the No. 15 QB and the No. 133 player overall in the 2026 transfer rankings according to 247Sports.
Pribula, who came to Missouri with little to no game experience in his time at Penn State, was off to a solid start in his first year with the Missouri Tigers. Through 7 games, the Tigers were 6-1, with their only loss coming by 3 points to Alabama, and Pribula was putting up decent numbers.
However, against Vanderbilt on Oct. 25, Pribula suffered an ankle injury that caused him to miss about a month before returning to play against the Oklahoma Sooners.
He struggled, throwing 2 picks and 0 touchdowns. In his final game as a Tiger, he wasn’t asked to do much, as he only threw the ball 7 times for 25 yards.
Pribula will now join the team that beat his Tigers in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl to end the year. Pribula did not play in that game, as he was already in the portal.
