Treadwell was a top recruit for Ole Miss out of Chicago, that was part of a heralded 2013 recruiting class with fellow five-star prospects Robert Nkemdiche and Laremy Tunsil. He set a school record with 202 career catches in his three years with the Rebels. As a senior Treadwell had 82 catches for 1,153 yards and 11 touchdowns.
He was the first-round pick (23rd overall) of the Minnesota Vikings in the 2016 Draft. Treadwell has struggled in the NFL. His best season came in 2021 with the Jacksonville Jaguars when he had 33 catches for 434 yards and a touchdown.
