Rising redshirt junior WR Jacquez Jones announced this offseason that he’d be transferring from Tennessee and exploring other options.
On Sunday, he decided on a new school and will head off to the FCS level to finish his college career.
As you can see in the Instagram post below, Jones said he’ll continue playing at Eastern Kentucky for the 2020 season:

Eastern Kentucky plays in the Ohio Valley Conference. The Colonels finished the 2019 season with a record of 7-5.
Jones didn’t play in 2017 or 2018. In 2019, he saw some action, including receiving a carry for 9 yards against BYU on Sept. 7. He won’t have to sit out a year since he’s transferring to the FCS level.
