Hunter was waived by the Dolphins on Wednesday, as the Dolphins could not justify roster space for a No. 5 receiver.
The Bills, however, are in need of a pass-catcher with top wideout Sammy Watkins being placed on injured reserve.

Hunter was a second-round draft pick in 2013 by the Titans, but has yet to live up to his potential. He should get a chance to do that in Buffalo while Watkins is sidelined.
