Former Texas A&M WR Mike Evans tops Pro Football Focus’s best NFL receivers

Former Texas A&M WR Mike Evans is having an outstanding season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Through 12 games, the ex-Aggie has already caught 73 passes for 1,020 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Because of his strong showing this season, Evans has climbed to the top of Pro Football Focus’s wide receiver rankings, checking in with an overall rating of 93.2.
Evans leads a pair of former SEC stars in ex-Alabama WR Julio Jones (now with Atlanta) and ex-Georgia WR A.J. Green (now with Cincinnati).
With a 6-5 record, Evans and the Bucs are only a game behind Jones’s Falcons in the NFC South standings.
