Foster Moreau, cancer survivor, scores 1st Saints TD during ‘Crucial Catch’ game

Foster Moreau had a special touchdown catch during the New Orleans Saints’ 34-0 win over the New England Patriots in Week 5.
Sunday marked the Patriots’ annual “Crucial Catch” game, part of the NFL’s campaign to raise awareness for cancer screening. Moreau, a New Orleans native and 4th-round pick out of LSU in the 2019 NFL Draft, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphona in March following a free agent visit with his hometown team, but is now in remission.
Early in the 4th quarter, with New Orleans at the New England 6 yard line, Derek Carr shoveled the ball to Moreau, who spun and pushed his way to the end zone for his first touchdown in a Saints uniform — during a Crucial Catch game, no less. Take a look at the play below:

The Saints claimed an easy win over the Patriots to improve to 3-2 on the season, but Moreau will have a on-field memory that will last a lifetime.
