It’s clear that Alabama offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin has cleared the way to land a job at another school. He has a chance to put a stamp on that statement on Monday.

According to Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports, Kiffin is “a name to keep in mind” to join the coaching staff at UCLA, which is trying to fill its vacancy at offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach after Noel Mazzone left for Texas A&M.

Kiffin is obviously familiar with the west coast after coaching at USC from 2010-13, and his family resides in Los Angeles.

Sunday will mark Kiffin’s two-year anniversary since joining Nick Saban’s staff at Alabama.
