Four-star wide receiver Kelvin Harmon (Palmyra, N.J.) verbally committed to South Carolina on Thursday, becoming the Gamecocks’ 16th player for the 2016 class.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pound wideout had 11 FBS offers and chose the Gamecocks over Rutgers, Boston College and North Carolina.
