A player in Georgia’s 2026 recruiting class is currently facing charges for multiple incidents, including domestic battery.

Seven Cloud, a standout defensive tackle at Butler Community College in Kansas, has been committed to Georgia since December. The Butler County Times Gazette recently revealed that Cloud is facing charges for multiple incidents in the spring.

On Monday, Cloud appeared in front of a judge via Zoom and was formally charged with domestic battery, a Class B misdemeanor. The charge stems from an April 20 incident in which Cloud was arrested after an altercation with his significant other. He bonded out.

In Monday’s Zoom, the judge ruled Cloud to not have contact with the victim. He is set for another court date on Sept. 22.

Per the Times-Gazette, Cloud and his significant other previously had an altercation on March 27. Cloud allegedly destroyed her cell phone and was also charged with disorderly conduct. Charges were reportedly filed on Thursday.

Cloud is coming off an All-American season at the JUCO level. The 6-4, 300-pound lineman originally from Powder Springs, Georgia is rated the No. 6 JUCO prospect in the country on the 247Sports Composite. Georgia has 30 verbal pledges in its 2026 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 2 nationally on the Composite.
