Georgia early enrollee DB Divaad Wilson (Miami, FL) revealed on Twitter that he suffered a torn ACL Saturday that will end his freshman season.

The Bulldogs held their first fully-padded practice, and it didn’t end well for Wilson. Kirby Smart confirmed earlier Saturday that Wilson suffered an injury to his lower extremity, but he didn’t go into details because he didn’t know them at that time.

Wilson signed with Georgia after originally being committed to the Florida Gators. He was rated 4-star prospect and ranked as the nation’s No. 26 overall CB and the state of Florida’s No. 46 overall player, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
