Last year, several Georgia Tech players celebrated their win over Georgia by taking pieces of the hedges at Sanford Stadium.
On Saturday, it was the Bulldogs’ turn to celebrate on their in-state rival’s field.
Following their 13-7 win over Georgia Tech on Saturday, several Georgia players took pieces of the Bobby Dodd Stadium turf.

They also planted a Georgia flag into the turf at the 46-yard line.

Georgia has gone 13-2 against Georgia Tech since Mark Richt became the Bulldogs’ head coach in 2001.
